The Oak Park - Northwood Neighborhood map is created from multiple layers, featuring both the urban and natural elements of the neighborhood. A laser-cut street map is overlaid onto thin maple wood with layers of acid-free European papers beneath, highlighting the parklands and creeks of the neighborhood. The map is constructed inside a frame made from Canadian white pine, with a crystal-clear acrylic glazing.
